Where will the service take place? Service can be carried out at your home, office, or wherever convenient you may choose. Please note that for lash, brows and facial services a bed or sofa will be required for us to perform the service. We will bring the other beauty equipments necessary for the appointment

No. By appointment only as it is a housecall service.

We accept both credit card and offline payments. For offline payments, please transfer $50 via PayNow to our number. The remaining amount can be paid after the appointment. Kindly send us a screenshot of the payment through WhatsApp. After receiving the screenshot, we will send you an invoice and an email confirmation.

Yes, we offer a recurring membership with a 10% discount. There is no contract, and you can cancel anytime.

Lash Lift: This treatment curls and lifts your natural lashes from the root, giving them a lifted and enhanced appearance. It's suitable if you prefer a more natural look with enhanced curl and definition.

Yes, you can. If you have had lash lift done prior (4-8 weeks before) to your lash extension appointment, Lash Straightening must be added to your lash extensions appointment and it has to be done on the day before your lash extensions service. If Lash Straightening is not done before starting on your lash extensions service; 1. Your lash set may appear messy as your lash may be growing in different directions and of different curves. 2. Retention of the lash will be affected (+/- 1 week) as the lash extensions will not be able to adhere well to your real lashes.

Eyelash extensions can last 4 to 6 weeks with proper care and maintenance.

Yes, but oil-based makeup and removers should be avoided as they can weaken the adhesive bond.

Typically, eyebrow embroidery can last anywhere from 1 year, depending on skin type and aftercare.

Mild discomfort may be felt during the procedure, but numbing creams are applied to minimize any pain.

The procedure usually takes around 2 to 3 hours, including consultation and numbing time.

Avoid getting the brows wet for the first few days, apply provided aftercare ointment, and avoid sun exposure and sweating for the first week.
